At Izzo Golf, we strive to provide high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience for our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right. Please review our return policy below.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

1. Timeframe for Returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any new, unused, and unopened items. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.

2. How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team or call us. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions for returning the product.

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product was received defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product is safely returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect the product, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Note: If the item was purchased using a gift card or store credit, refunds will be issued as store credit.

5. Exchange Policy: If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, simply return your original purchase and place a new order. We are unable to facilitate direct exchanges at this time.

6. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Used or worn products (unless defective)

7. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will either issue a full refund or replace the product at no additional charge.
